Fogo de Chao - great Brazilian restaurant with nice email club discounts!

This "deal" is pretty easy. Read on for more details ...

If you haven't been to a Fogo de Chao Brazilian restaurant, you're missing out. At least if you like good meat, and lots of it, with great variety. They do have other options (great salad bar "market table"), but the various meats (carved off a skewer at your table) are definitely the highlight.

Note that I have no relationship with Fogo, nor do I get anything from this post. Unless you want to take me out to dinner! :)

We have one in downtown Portland, but see their website for other locations in many major cities.

If you sign up for their Fogo "eClub" (see link at the very top of their website), you will occasionally get nice offers via email. They also ask for your birthday and anniversary date, so I wouldn't be surprised if you get promotions around then too (but I just recently signed up - so I can't speak from experience, so let me know in the comments if you know!).

At least as of right now, you get a "$15 off" lunch or dinner voucher just for signing up. That voucher doesn't appear to have an expiration date, but it does say "limit of 1 per table" (and good on weekdays only). The food is all-you-can-eat, and pricing varies by city, but dinner is usually around $50 and lunch is around $30 (more in some big cities). NOTE: I have had success asking the restaurant to allow me to use such a voucher for more than 1 person at a table.

Finally, here is an example of an even better offer that I just received (after being on the email list for a while). As you can see, it is for $25 off dinner, and the fine print allows for up to 5 vouchers used per table (although it does have an expiration date 3 weeks out). Each person must have their own unique voucher, so be sure that your spouse and/or friends sign up too.
