UPDATE (9/1/16): This deal is back again (through 9/5), with coupon code "EASYSAVE" this time.
If you're not familiar with LocalFlavor.com, it is a "deal" (vouchers) website like Groupon. While they have coupons and "national deals" available in all geographies, they only have "local deals" in certain geographies (including PDX).
As I mentioned, this is a recurring deal at PDXDealsGuy. And it's a nice one in the Portland area. If you're not in Portland, go to LocalFlavor.com and put in your city or zip code into the search field. Then click on "All Deals" or "Dining" near the top of the page. If you see nothing but coupons (as opposed to $X off $Y vouchers) and/or non-local (national) deals, then this won't be a great deal. But if you see vouchers for local (in your city) restaurants (or other vendors), then this might be a good deal for you too.
In Portland, LocalFlavor usually has at least a few good dining and/or entertainment options at any given point in time. They don't change (or get new ones) very frequently, but they do from time-to-time, so it's worth checking every so often ... like today ...
... because, every so often, they run a one-day (or sometimes multi-day) coupon promo for $5 off a deal. Today, that coupon code is "EASYSAVE" - and it's applied at check-out. Note that if you want to buy more than one deal, you should buy each one separately, because the $5 off code only applies to one deal (but you can use it multiple times - on separate orders). Many of the deals are vouchers for $20 in food or services for $10 (or $30 for $15). With the $5 coupon, it becomes $20 for $5**.
** Also, don't forget to use the BeFrugal shopping portal, which pays an extra 10% cash-back.
Be careful to make sure you pay attention to the quantity limits on the deals, as well as situations where a voucher is good at only certain locations for a chain restaurant. You can often "gift" additional vouchers to a friend or family member, if there is a quantity limit.
In Portland, here's the best deals I see right now (prices shown BEFORE the $5 off coupon - and don't follow my links when you actually want to buy, as you should go through BeFrugal to get another 10% off):

La Isla Bonita in Tualatin - $20 for $10 (limited quantity available)
Thai Lemon Restaurant - $20 for $10 (unknown quantity available)
Also some other deals available, such as golf and trampoline/air-park.
