This "deal" is for a Fandango "free movie ticket" code. It allows you to buy a ticket for up to $14, including the $1 or so fee that Fandango charges (you have to pay anything above $14, if by chance you're seeing a special showing or in a city with really expensive movie prices). So it's a good deal if you're going to see a $12 or $13 (plus $1'ish fee) 3D movie, but nothing special if your regular movie price isn't much different than $7 (discounted tickets at Costco, matinee pricing, etc.). You can only buy one ticker per Amazon Local account, but don't forget to have your spouse (if applicable) buy one on their account too!
